Possible End Scenarios of the USA's Current Direction

Let's start by saying that each and every one of these scenarios are coming from my head as I write this... bare with me.. bear with me? no no, it's definitely bare with me.

Scenario 1 - Quasi-Zombie Apocalypse

This one is a given. Americans are already zombies of their once free-selves, however, they are now called Trumpies. Freedom is no longer real, just an illusion where citizens no longer make dollars, they collect Trump-points. Trump, the all knowing and true undisputed ruler, designs a chemical agent which is distributed by flying drones each week through chimneys. This agent guarantees obedience to the New World Order of Trump.

Scenario 2 - Trumpilism

Capitalism is no longer determined by the free market, but by the executive ruler Trump. He now controls all industry in the country and no longer has ties to any other country in the world. He has carried out his promise of creating jobs. However, citizens, rather, employees of his country no longer have rights, wages, or freedom. They work where they live and live where they work. They are paid in Trumpkens, which are like tokens for food and water. The country is divided by industry -  the coasts build walls, the border states build walls, the central states build guns and buses. Cars are no longer a necessity in this America.

Scenario 3 - WE DID IT

Frequent and non-violent protests allow for the coming-together of all Americans who successfully get Trump out of the President role. However, the reality of their current state of the union is similar to 1800's America and therefore fall far behind the rest of the world in terms of technology, energy, and civil freedoms. America is a forgotten nation for decades and most of its inhabitants leave.

Scenario 4 - Just Kidding

Everything Trump has done thus far is reversed as he is spoken to by a mysterious voice one evening. The remainder of his presidency is average, and America remains at a stand still. They have now fallen behind other super powers such as China and Russia. The global conflicts the Americans were involved with are resolved when the Americans are recalled home. The world is at peace. America learns a valuable lesson... Stay the F@#$ out of it.

There are hundreds of scenarios which may occur over the next 4 years. Some are devastatingly terrifying and some are, well, lackluster at best. Americans are standing up to these actions that are against their opinions, which is the right thing to do in a democracy (if you can still call the US a democracy). We also should not count out the rest of the world. Other leaders are taking action against Trump and his administration. It is only a matter of time before the rest of the US government including the seemingly useless congress and senate rise up and realize the shell of a country they currently reside.

Give it time, and remember that the majority of people have the drive to do the right thing.

Unitl next time,
J

Euroblog Part 7

This series ended up being far longer than I anticipated. I could make an ebook about my travels! Who am I kidding, no one would want to read that... let alone buy it. Also, side note: Polarsteps was so great up until a couple days ago when it went haywire and threw a bunch of phantom travel paths on my map. Support said it has been fixed however, there was no way to remove the phantom lines. This all makes for a ton of work for me to redo all of the travel steps. It's unfortunate but I understand these things happen. Anyway, it's all updated now and working as it should, sorry to my 7000  7 followers for any inconvenience. Now that it's all back to normal, here is the link if you'd like to check out my trip! If you missed any of the series, check it out on my social media feeds or on my blog homepage. The last post is right here! July 22 2017 Wow, am I ever behind on this. [Left off in Florence] So I went up the massive dome of the Florence Cathedral...

Tim Hortons: An In-depth Review

As I sit here pretending to be a scriptwriter at a budget Starbucks  Tim Hortons, feeling slightly out of place, I write this review. This will be an attempt at a new series on my blog, since I've been dry with ideas since returning to Canada. Tim Hortons is a Canadian classic coffee shop turned fast food restaurant while still retaining its coffeeshop status. Apparently, it used to be excellent until they changed coffee beans, but that was before my coffee drinking days so I and most people around my age probably feel the same (we don't feel anything about the changed beans). It also used to be cheap, but since high-status coffee shops like the aforementioned Starbucks and Second Cup somehow get away with charging 10$ for a drink, the friendly neighborhood Canadian brand jacks prices to compete. At least it still has its loyal customers. Fun fact, the first Tim's restaurant was in my hometown of Hamilton! It's also the usual go-to spot for a quick bathroom brea...

"Creative yet Clickbaity Title on Solar Energy!"

In the last post, I talked about what the Sun was. A giant nuclear fusion reactor. And since it is so good at being the Sun, it not only provides heat to our Earth, but also light. Lots of light. Hopefully, this isn't news to you (yikes!). Light is an interesting thing we very much take for granted. Look around, there is light in the room you're in, light coming from the screen you're reading this on (unless you're psycho and still print things..) and light from outside. Even at night! The light from the moon, isn't really light from the moon, but a reflection of light from the Sun. Did I just blow your mind? Probably not.. I guess I'm failing as a writer. There is a lot of light available, and all that light also carries energy, rather, it is energy. In reality, the light from your phone screen doesn't really have the potential to power anything, neither does a light bulb. But think about how many light bulbs it would take to equal the amount of light t...
